Basic visitor counts

The guide keeps aggregate, first-party counts of page views and listing opens so Todd can understand which parts are useful. These counts do not store your IP address, browser details, advertising identifiers, or a visitor profile. The guide does not use third-party analytics cookies.

Favorites and Open Mic Passport

Saved listings, your passport, and an optional artist name are stored only in your browser on your device. They are not attached to an account or sent to the guide.

Community activity

When you confirm that information looks accurate or record that you played somewhere, the guide stores the listing, activity type, and date. Publicly, this appears only as an aggregate count and most recent date.

Suggestions and messages

Listing suggestions and contact messages collect the details you enter, including your email address, so Todd can review the information or reply. They are not sold or used for advertising. They may be retained as long as reasonably useful for operating and protecting the guide.

Hosting

The site is hosted through ChatGPT Sites. Like most hosting providers, the platform may process technical request information needed to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the service under its own terms and privacy practices.
